"Fantastic birthday party"
"Held our daughter's 14th birthday here yesterday - and it was terrific in every way.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival, the kit and equipment were clean and ready - and no issue at all when at least 5 girls decided (at different times) they wanted a larger set of overalls.
Jake and Doug were absolutely terrific with the girls - firm but never heavy-handed, impeccably safety conscious at all times without ever being overbearing, supportive but never patronising. They got every communication and tone exactly right for a group of 18, 14 year old girls.The games were managed well so there was minimal waiting around time and were wrapped up at an appropriate time so those who were 'out early' weren't left waiting for ages until they could go again.
Jim and Tony were so helpful, courteous and understanding at the planning stage - and flexible about the challenges (for the host) of getting everyone organised and confirming numbers etc. We brought our own food for the girls and this was total"
