VFM have managed my block of flats for approaching 7 years now and we have never experienced any problems. In fact, quite the opposite! As we live in a converted church, changing high level light bulbs and reaching awkward windows has on occasions presented difficulties for the cleaning contractors. VFM has immediately dealt with and corrected any issues, often without the need for prompting, once changing the persistent contractors for a better value company. I know that VFM Properties director, Mr Dyer, who is local to Beckenham, conducts his own site visits and spot checks to inspect the properties condition. "VFM Property Management have provided estate management services for Gleneagle Lodge for over 4 years. They replaced a company based in Sussex and this saw an immediate improvement in response times for dealing with urgent and routine repairs and maintenance issues.There is no doubt that VFM being locally-based and familiar with local council officials and contractors who can deal quickly with problems has transformed the quality and practicality of the services they provide. Russell has also provided advice and assistance to leasehold tenants who have bought freehold status by becoming shareholders in the limited company Gleneagle Lodge Management Ltd.As company secretary, Russell consults residents on key issues and chairs annual general meetings, which have latterly attracted the participation of a larger number of residents.He has renegotiated contracts for cleaning and gardening that have reduced costs.
