Range of services 1.Trace - No Trace, No Fee Identifying an address at which the client can communicate with the subject or an address where documents can be served.
If our enquiries establish that the subject is deceased, bankrupt or that the subject's identity is fraudulent our findings will be considered as a positive outcome.
A full report will be prepared, including Official Receivers details, Registrar of Death details or full investigation findings where appropriate.

2.Overseas Trace
Trace where the subject is known to be abroad (outside UK mainland).

3.Fast Track Trace - Result within 48 hours
An urgent trace that is resolved within 48 hours. If unresolved the instruction reverts to a normal trace.

4.Means & Status Report
We will provide Land Registry search details, general valuation and the subject's employment status.

5.Criminal & Civil Investigation
An enquiry we have previously dealt with as a fraud on your behalf or where it is believed fraud may exist or has been suggested by other agents. It is also any case forwarded to us involving CIFAS alerts. This service also includes statement taking.

6.Home Visits
We will visit any address on the UK Mainland with the intention of interviewing a subject and completing a Statement of Means declaration. A maximum of two visits will be made to the given address, the first visit being made within 7 days of receipt of instructions. Photographs will be obtained where possible.

7.Document Serving
This is the delivery of debt related letters or court documents at an address on the UK Mainland. A maximum of two visits will be made to the given address.

9.Vehicle Repossessions
The recovery of goods from an address provided by the customer, or facilitating the successful financial resolution of the finance agreement. If goods are not recovered but we are able to prove conversion or that fraudulent activity is involved our fee is £200.

10.Employment Screening - Right To Work Document Validation
Standard - This level of screening is designed to encompass all potential employees who do not have access to highly confidential information. Our enquiries will provide a sound background check of the applicant to establish their integrity in an employment context and their commitment to long term employment. The enquiries will also verify the applicant's residential and financial standing.
Enhanced - This level of screening is designed to encompass all potential employees, from middle management to CEO level who will be handling sensitive and confidential company information or who have access to financial or valuable business assets. Our enquiries will establish their integrity in an employment context and will also incorporate information regarding the applicant's spouse or partner.
Right To Work Document Validation, we will validate the documents of current or job applicants so giving your business a statutory excuse if there is a query in terms of can that person or persons be employed legally in the UK.

11. Surveillance - Manned & Electronic
The service we offer ranges from Personal surveillance (following people) to the use of concealed audio and video equipment, in conjunction with hi-tech data systems and internet technology, to mount long-term covert surveillance.
• All our operations comply with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000
• We are often called in by the Police to set up surveillance systems for their use.
• Once we have assessed your situation, we will advise as to the most effective surveillance to use, implement that surveillance and present you with a body of evidence to strengthen your case, be it for industrial tribunal, civil or criminal trial.

Providing a bespoke audit of suppliers to lenders in the credit collections industry, ensuring FCA compliance, commercial terms and operations are adhered to as per any agreed Service Level Agreement. This can include trace agents, repossession agents, auction houses, debt collection agents, law firms and other suppliers related to the credit collections industry.
