We are primarily a speciality coffee house. We try to break down and perfect the whole process of making Barista quality coffee and want to provide the best possible coffee from using the best locally roasted bean, to freshly grinding and extracting the prefect espresso and heating and texturing a silky sweet milk.

We use Climpson and Sons beans who roast in London Fields. The blend we use from them is The Baron which is a Medium roast. We have a guest bean that changes to give our customers a chance to try something new - the guest bean is currently The Estate which is a Medium Light roast. The decaf bean is the Swiss water press Doi Chaang. We offer non-dairy alternatives and work with local businesses to offer a range of food and drinks. Our toasted banana bread and old school toasties are particularly popular!
