About 3SC 3SC was established in 2009 to bid for and manage public sector contracts on behalf of the third sector across welfare to work, criminal justice, skills and training and health and social care. We quickly went on to become the top performing provider of the Future Jobs Fund, delivering contracts worth £36million. We are now a prime contractor for Access to Work and deliver a number of Work Programme subcontracts, and an ESF Families with Multiple Programme subcontract.
