Reg: WU14 SZV As soon as I had logged the breakdown, Lee contacted me and was out within minutes. Such a skilled person; It was the battery that was the problem. Lee charged it up for me, and then checked the actual output of the battery, which was in decline. I was able to drive down to Halfords and get a new battery fitted. Lee was such a knowledgable and confident, warm and friendly person, which made me feel at ease. Can't praise him enough. Please look after him, as he is such a great guy and a credit to your business. Thank you so much Lee!
