Avoid Richard at Heathrow Gas service at all cost. Do not let him inside your house. He did a boiler install at my house in 2022 but it was poor workmanship. We chased him for a certificate for months and always lied about getting it done so we contacted gas safe who sent a inspector to my house. THE WORK WAS SO BAD THEY SHUT MY GAS OFF! HE HAD COUPE OF WEEKS TO SORT BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. I am taking this guy to court as I have to get my money back to pay for a new boiler! Please please avoid him and find someone else.
