Business Profile

Karate training in Carshalton Our dojo welcomes students of any age and ability. All we ask is that you try your best. The Westcroft Dojo has been running for over 40 years and has produced British, European and World Karate champions. Our Dojo has a number of highly experienced instructors led by Shihan Paul Baker, 5th Dan. We follow the grading syllabus formulated by our president and chief instructor, Hanshi Steve Arneil, 10th Dan. Hanshi trained under the founder of our style, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama and is President of the BKK (British Karate Kyokushinkai). Westcroft Kyokushin Karate takes great pride in the excellence and discipline of our training. Gradings are held every 3 months which students can attempt if they have reached the required standard. We do not award gradings for attendance but for hard work and dedication.
Classes are run for Juniors, 7+ at Westcroft on Thursday, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Adult classes are at Westcroft on Thursday and Tweeddale Primary School, Carshalton on Monday. Both sessions are from 7:45 until 9:15 p.m.
