Bootcamp Bootcamps are a fun way to burn fat fast, improve fitness and build strength. I run 4 Bootcamps per week at Parkhouse Football Club in Bromley. Generally, Mondays are mixed equipment, Tuesdays are Body-weight, Thursdays are Ball & Partner, Fridays are Tyre & Rope. All sessions are outdoors so be prepared to get a little wet & muddy during winter months. Everyone is welcome. Keep up-to-date - alterations to sessions are posted on Facebook.
OCR Training If you want to partake in an OCR (Obstacle Course Race), then you must train hard for it. Join me, every Sunday at Parkhouse Football Club in Bromley, where you can train for up to 9 kilometers with obstacles including cargo net crawl, tyre drag, log carry and tractor tyre flipping.
