About My name is Jeremy Collis and I am the Instructor at the Earlsfield Study Centre. I studied maths, further maths and physics at A-level and then studied engineering at the University of Cambridge. I became a Chartered Accountant, spent 15 years in marketing and was Managing Director of a large international company. I retired from corporate life in 2004 to open the Earlsfield Study Centre.

Despite a successful career in business, I have found being a Kumon Instructor the most rewarding experience of my career. As well as study and subject skills, Kumon teaches children skills for life and I am proud that we are able to make a real difference to the future lives of our students.

In our centre we welcome students from all ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. Many parents are concerned about the future careers of their children and having worked in oil, mining, consumer goods and leisure, I am always happy to share my experience where that might help students and parents understand what a certain career might involve.
